Alan Jorgensen has worked for the US Securities Exchange Commission for over 20 years focusing on financial statements and going public rules for small business public companies and other SEC regulations.
Alan has a Master of Accounting degree from Utah State University, has recently served as the Associate Director for SEC Practice at Moss Adams LLP; has lectured in accounting for many years at the University of Washington and Central Washington University.
Lance Jorgensen has a BA in accounting from Brigham Young University, and has several years experience with DeloittTouche, a larger accounting firm. Lance also has served several years as a controller for a large
private company.
